We also offer more flexible cancellation policies, including free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival, for your peace of mind.

Once you complete your reservation, your confirmation number will appear on screen. We’ll also send you an email with all your booking details.

Modification and Cancellation
Yes, in order to cancel the booking free of charge, the customer must send an email 2 days before arrival. More information in the general booking conditions.
Yes. If you’d like to make changes to your booking, please email us at [email protected], including the property name, arrival date, and booking holder’s name.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 5:00 PM
Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
Timetables may vary depending on accommodation availability. If you wish to check in earlier or check out later, please check with us in advance to confirm if a change is possible.
If you plan to arrive outside of the indicated hours, you must notify our customer service team.
At Holiday Homes Málaga, we’re pioneers in remote check-ins, so there’s no need for staff to be present after 10:00 PM.
